Ready to enjoy your reward? Claims should only be made once your event has taken place and we’ve received full payment. We’ll send you a Love2shop e-Gift Card that can be redeemed with over 50 brands or used as credit towards your next event with us. We can also make a donation to a charity of your choice.

What to expect

After submitting your enquiry, you’ll receive confirmation it’s been received
The ThankQ Rewards team will review your claim to ensure the event qualifies and full payment has been made
If everything checks out, your claim will be approved. Your vouchers will be sent to the Reward Member’s registered email address within 6 weeks
If a claim is rejected, you’ll be notified via email with the reason your claim has not been approved
